Jessica Alba and estranged husband Cash Warren list $19M Beverly Hills home amid divorce

Jessica Alba and her estranged husband Cash Warren have reportedly listed their Beverly Hills, Calif., home for a whopping for $18,995,000 amid their divorce. The pair originally bought their home, which the 'Honey' star's father helped them find, in 2017 for $10 million, per TMZ. Alba and Warren had the house 'completely remodeled by Tommy and Kathy Clements,' according to the official listing. The expansive estate, which boasts almost 9,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, now features natural and warm organic materials, rare marbles and stone, as well as reclaimed woods throughout. The house also includes a family room, gourmet kitchen with eat-in breakfast room, formal dining space, as well as a gym and movie theatre. Alba, 43, filed for divorce from Warren after nearly 17 years of marriage in February. She and the businessman, 46, who filed through his attorney immediately after she filed her petition, both listed their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024, and cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind their split. They also requested joint physical and legal custody of their three children: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7. Most notably, the duo did not have a prenuptial agreement in place despite both parties owning some successful assets, according to TMZ. Alba's baby and beauty goods business, Honest Company is valued at $623 million. Warren's sock and underwear brand, Pair of Thieves, is worth at least $100 million. The 'X-Men' actress told her Instagram followers of her and Warren's separation in January on Instagram vowing that she and her soon-to-be ex would be 'moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other' as co-parents to their kids. I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years-both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,' she wrote at the time. 'I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.' She and Warren met on the set of 'Fantastic Four' in 2004 and tied the knot in 2008.

Jessica Alba Files for Divorce from Husband Cash Warren

Yara Sameh Jessica Alba filed for divorce from her husband, Cash Warren, on Friday after nearly 17 years of marriage. The actress submitted her petition via her high-powered celebrity attorney, Laura Wasser, and the businessman filed his response immediately thereafter through his lawyer, Adam Philip Lipsic. Alba, 43, and Warren, 46, both listed their date of separation as December 27, 2024, and cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the cause. They requested joint physical and legal custody of their three children: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7. The pair did not sign a prenuptial agreement despite Alba's Honest Company being valued at $623 million and Warren's Pair of Thieves, being worth at least $100 million, TMZ reported. News first broke on January 8 that the longtime couple had separated. Eight days later, Alba confirmed she and Warren were 'moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other' as co-parents to their kids. 'I've been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years-both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,' she wrote on Instagram. 'I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.' Alba went on to 'request privacy at this time,' adding that the former couple's children remain their 'highest priority.' The 'Honey' star and the film producer met on the set of 'Fantastic Four' in 2004 and tied the knot in 2008. Their split made headlines just a week after the family of five was all smiles during a trip to Universal Studios to celebrate Hayes' birthday. Alba shared several snapshots that showed her and Warren grinning with their kids during the outing. 'The best day at #UniversalStudios celebrating our 7️⃣ year old, Hayes! 🎂🎊🎟️🎢🥳 Thank you for having us, @unistudios 🫶🏽,' her caption read. The Honest Company founder also posted about her Thanksgiving vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with Warren and their children. 'Happy #Thanksgiving from me and mine to you and yours 🫶🏽🤎 Sending lots of love and light,' she captioned a photo of her family posing together at sunset. Over the years, Alba and Warren had been forthcoming about some of the challenges in their marriage. In August 2023, the father of three admitted he and Alba had split four years into their relationship due to his jealousy. 'When we first started dating, I was really jealous of other guys and the attention she was getting from other guys. It just wasn't making me feel good,' he said on the ' Whine Down with Jana Kramer ' podcast. 'We broke up. It was jealousy. I was turning into an a–hole, and so we broke up. During that time apart, I made a promise to myself to channel that [jealously] in a different way.' Alba also once candidly said she and Warren were 'going through the motions' while speaking about parenthood and marriage on Katherine Schwarzenegger's Instagram series, 'Before, During & After Baby.' 'It's all rosy for two and a half years. But then after that, you become roommates,' the Golden Globe nominee said in 2021, according to People. 'You're just going through the motions. You have the responsibilities; it's a lot of, like, checking the boxes, right?'

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren file for divorce after 17 years, no prenup

Jessica Alba filed for divorce from Cash Warren on Friday, nearly a month to the day since news of their split first broke. The Honest Company co-founder, 43, and 46-year-old producer, who have been married for nearly 17 years, did not have a prenup, insiders told TMZ. The outlet reports that Alba filed just before Warren on Friday, but their filings are nearly identical, suggesting the divorce is as 'extremely amicable' as sources described. The former couple is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their three children: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, as well as 7-year-old son Hayes. Included in their community property will likely be The Honest Company, valued at $623 million and in which Alba holds a 5.4% stake. Warren meanwhile co-founded the Pair of Thieves socks and underwear company. It holds an estimated value of $100 million, though insiders told TMZ it's likely worth much more. Alba and Warren wed in spring 2008, four years after meeting on the set of 'Fantastic Four.' She starred in the film as Sue Storm, while Warren served was the director's assistant. News of their pending divorce broke on Jan. 8, nearly two months after they'd last been photographed together sitting courtside at a Los Angeles Lakers game in November. On Jan. 16, Alba suggested her yearslong 'journey of self-realization and transformation' was the driving force behind the split, adding it was time for the couple to 'embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.' In a statement on Instagram, Alba said that she and Warren maintain 'love and kindness and respect' for each other and 'will forever be family.' Alba hinted at cracks in the marriage back in 2021, when she said Warren 'probably gets the short end of the stick' as she juggles work and raising their kids. 'It's all rosy for two and a half years. But then after that you become roommates,' she told People at the time.
