One dead after vehicle collides with house

One man is dead after Windsor police said a vehicle collided with a house in east Windsor.
Just before 8 a.m. on Thursday, the Windsor Police Service was called to a collision in the 11000 block of Palmetto Street.
Officers said the vehicle veered off the road, hitting a home. The 41-year-old driver was taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
No other injuries occurred. Damage was seen on the outside of the home.
