BOARDMAN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Amy E. Lee, age 51 of Boardman, Ohio, passed away suddenly on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 11, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and unforgettable memories.
Amy was born on September 8, 1973, the beloved daughter of Nancy and the late, Paul Rosenburg, Sr., where she now finds eternal peace in her father's warm embrace.

She was a graduate of Poland Seminary High School, class of 1992.
Amy went on to pursue her calling at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts. Cooking was more than a profession, it was a way she connected, healed and celebrated life.
Amy lived with an open heart. She was known for her fierce individualism, radiant beauty and her unique sense of style. Whether with a laugh or a kind word, Amy had a way of making everyone feel welcome and understood. Her sense of humor was contagious and her knowledge of music and film inspired many especially her brother, PJ.
Her soul found its truest expression in the kitchen. Amy cooked not just with skill but with love, creating meals that fed more than just hunger. She hated following recipes, preferring instead to follow her instincts, which always led to some unforgettable dishes.
Her legacy continues through her children, James (Jessie) Pedley and Rosalynd (Christopher) Mutter; her devoted mother, Nancy K. Rosenburg; her loving brother, Paul (Stacie) Rosenburg Jr. and her cherished nieces, Rima, Sanya and Inara. She leaves her many beloved aunts and uncles, Marie and Tom Carchedi, Tami and Andrew Pompeii, Karen and Sam Stambaugh, John and Sandy Rosenburg, Lora and Dave Titus, Tom and Diane Rosenburg, Dennis (Laura) Rosenburg and Mark Rosenburg.
She is preceded in death by her father, Paul and her aunt, Claire Taylor.
A private memorial dinner was held in her honor, where family gathered to remember the beauty she brought into the world.
Amy's spirit endures in James and Rosalynd and their children to come, every heart she touched and every memory shared by those who were blessed to love her.
No farewell words were spoken,
No time to say goodbye.
You were gone before we knew it,
And only God knows why.
