Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani's Rs 15000 crore Antilia does not have single AC, entire Antilia remains cool even in scorching heat due to...

Antilia, a private residence owned by Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, is one of the most expensive and stunning homes in the world. The 27-storey skyscraper in Mumbai is equipped with extraordinary features, including an ice cream parlor, a grand banquet hall, 49 bedrooms, 168 parking spaces, a snow room, a private theatre, nine lifts, and even three helipads. It is to be noted that there is no scarcity of luxury in Mukesh Ambani's home, Antilia, a residence valued at around Rs 15,000 crore. However, what has stunned several netizens is the fact that the luxurious mansion doesn't have a single outdoor air conditioner unit. Antilia doesn't use a conventional air conditioning system. So, how does it remain cool? Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani's Rs 15000 crore Antilia doesn't have AC? The rumor isn't completely false — Antilia doesn't use traditional air conditioning with outdoor units. This choice was made to maintain the mansion's distinct and elegant appearance. Antilia, designed by the Chicago-based architecture firm Perkins and Will, doesn't have a single outdoor AC unit. Instead, the entire house is equipped with a sophisticated centralized cooling system that maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the residence. Even in the sweltering heat of Mumbai, Antilia stays cool without any outdoor AC units. This is made possible by a centralized cooling system that naturally regulates the temperature using elements like marble, flowers, and plants integrated throughout the home. Actor Shreya Dhanwanthary once recalled her visit to industrialist Mukesh Ambani's Antilia mansion. She asked to raise the temperature because she felt cold, but was told it couldn't be adjusted since the flowers and marble needed the cooler setting. 'Ma'am, we are really sorry, but the flowers and the marble require a specific temperature,' the manager was quoted as saying by media reports. To which she replied, 'Oh, okay, then,' and turned around. The ultra-luxurious Antilia has a special central cooling system that fits perfectly with the home's unique design. Unlike regular ACs with big outdoor units, this system is built into the house in a way that keeps it cool while also looking good.

Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani, along with the other family members, lives in Antilia, the iconic skyscraper located in Mumbai. At their grand residence, Antilia, the family is often seen hosting a large pooja, continuing their tradition of celebrating the festival in style. Mukesh Ambani, along with his family—Nita Ambani, Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, and Anant Ambani—moved into 'Antilia' in 2010. The construction of this grand mansion, adorned with luxurious amenities and enhancing Mumbai's skyline, took several years to complete. This beautiful private residence, built at an estimated cost of Rs 15,000 crore, was designed by the Chicago-based architecture firm Perkins and Will, while its construction was managed by the Australian company Leighton Holdings. It is considered to be one of the costliest private residences in the world. But have you ever wondered where Mukesh Ambani used to live before Antilia? Before moving into Antilia reportedly in 2011, Mukesh Ambani, wife Nita Ambani, along with children, used to live in Sea Wind, a 17-story building located in Mumbai's Cuffe Parade, with Anil Ambani's family. Before settling into their iconic residence, Antilia, on Mumbai's Altamount Road, Mukesh and Nita Ambani lived in the 17-storey Sea Wind building, located in the upscale Cuffe Parade area at the southern tip of Mumbai. For years, the Ambani family maintained a traditional joint family lifestyle, with Mukesh and his brother Anil living under the same roof. Sea Wind was not just home to Mukesh and Nita, but it was a vibrant household that accommodated the entire Ambani clan, making it a symbol of their close-knit family life before the brothers charted separate paths. At one point, Mukesh Ambani and his younger brother Anil Ambani lived together under the same roof, along with their wives—Nita and Tina—their children, and their mother, Kokilaben Ambani, who remains a central figure in the family. This close-knit arrangement continued even after the passing of their father, Dhirubhai Ambani, the founder of Reliance Industries. Despite living in the same building, each family reportedly had its dedicated floor. When Mukesh and Nita Ambani shifted to their new home, Antilia, Mukesh's mother Kokilaben chose to stay back at Sea Wind with Anil and his family. While Sea Wind doesn't match Antilia in terms of size or luxury, it's still a premium address in Mumbai. The building offers beautiful views of the Arabian Sea, comes with a few high-end comforts, and even has a helipad—making it a quiet yet classy place to call home.

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's Antilia is one of the most expensive private homes in the world. Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's Antilia: Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's Antilia, a luxurious building which valued at a massive Rs 15,000 crore, was built for a staggering $2 billion (Rs approximately 17,400 crore). The ultra-luxurious mansion of the Ambani family was designed by Perkins and Will, an American architecture firm. It is named after a mythical Spanish island. However, do you know how much price had Mukesh Ambani paid to buy the land on which the Rs 15,000 crore worth Antilia is constructed? Here are all the details you need to know about the history of the land on which Antilia stands. Media reports have it that the design of Antilia can withstand earthquakes of up to 8.0 on the Richter scale. It should also be mentioned that design of the mansion is so beautiful that the grandeur can be seen from each floor of the 27-storey building, which feature elegant interiors adorned with Lotus and Sun shapes. How Mukesh Ambani brought land for Antilia In a recent statement that AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi made, he claimed that the land where Antilia was built originally belonged to a Waqf trust. Reports have it that, the property on which Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's Antilia stands today was donated to the Waqf Board back in 1986 by Kareem Bhai Ibrahim. Kareem Bhai Ibrahim had allegedly given the land for purposes like religious education and building an orphanage, but the land was sold to Mukesh Ambani for Rs. 21.5 crore in 2012. Will Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani vacate Antilia? The above-mentioned Antilia land deal came into controversy due to the Waqf Board's claim, which said that as per the Action Taken Report (ATR) presented in the Maharashtra Assembly, the property of the Waqf Board cannot be sold for private use. As of date, the matter has been pending in the Supreme Court of India and if the decision goes against the Ambani family, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani along with other family members might have to vacate the land and leave their luxurious building.
