If the signs weren't already clear enough, the young Member of Parliament recently made a notably romantic gesture towards the mother-of-two, and may have even let slip a term of endearment in public. Here's what happened:
Earlier this week, Bella Astillah and Syed Saddiq were seen walking together towards a car, where the politician opened the door for her to get into the driver's seat before taking his place on the passenger side. If you're wondering why the 32-year-old didn't drive himself, it's likely because he is still recovering from LASIK surgery.
The heartwarming moment was captured and uploaded by user @/kiranasuedelisya on TikTok and quickly went viral. Netizens were charmed by the political figure's romantic gesture of opening the car door for his rumoured partner, with the uploader of the viral post commenting: 'Sweet as always.'
That wasn't the only moment that caught the attention of netizens. During their recent public appearance at the Pesta Buka Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur 2025, the Member of Parliament was heard calling Bella Astillah 'Sayang' as he asked her to pose for a photo with him.
This, as expected, has prompted many to suggest there's no longer any need for the pair to keep their relationship under wraps, as seen in the comments online. Still, despite their public appearances and even apparent blessings from their respective families, Bella and Syed Saddiq continue to keep their relationship private.
