Temporary lane closures scheduled for Sandbridge Road in VB
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — People driving on Sandbridge Road can expect lane closures through Friday due to paving work being done, the city of Virginia Beach said.
Drivers can expect temporary lane closures on Sandbridge Road from the Sandpiper Road intersection heading west to 665 Sandbridge Road, with the paving work taking place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.
A flagging operation will maintain traffic both ways during the lane closure, and area residents and businesses will be able to get to their properties at all times, the city said. Advance warning signs will be posted advising drivers of the work area.
