Known for its proficiency in the data centre sector in the UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa, since it was founded in 2014, Sudlows is reported to have completed over 100 data centre projects in 20 different countries. Together, the merged entity will cater to the increasing need for secure and efficient data centres, emphasising the development of more sustainable, low-carbon production methods. The Addleshaw Goddard team advising on the transaction was led by Philip Dowsett, Partner and Head of Investment Management and Funds – MENA, supported by Rachael Norris, Lorna Dean, Rania Sallam, Jasem Alanizy, Nora Al-Henaki, Edward Foster, Jeremy Scott, Rachel Hill and Lucy Melville.
