NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded positive around 09:59AM(IST)on Tuesday in an upbeat market. Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.99 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 1.25 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 0.8 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 0.6 per cent) and Anant Raj Ltd.(up 0.04 per cent) were among the top gainers. NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index closed on a negative note on Monday. ADVERTISEMENT Shares of Anant Raj Ltd.(up 1.74 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.11 per cent) and Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 0.02 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack. On the other hand, Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 1.98 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(down 1.29 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.36 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.29 per cent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd.(down 0.27 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day. The Nifty Realty index closed 0.14 per cent down at 1038.15. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended up 100.16 points at 25103.2, while the BSE Sensex stood up 256.22 points at 82445.21. NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded positive around 10:15AM(IST)on Monday in a weak market. ADVERTISEMENT Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(up 3.78 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 1.04 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 0.78 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 0.56 per cent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 0.06 per cent) were among the top gainers. Anant Raj Ltd.(down 0.58 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(down 0.46 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.43 per cent) and DLF Ltd.(down 0.35 per cent) were the top losers on the index. The Nifty Realty index was up 0.32 per cent at 952.35 at the time of writing this report.
