Apr 20, 2025 Saudi DJ DUL will be touching down in the White Isle for his Ibiza debut at 'Back to Mine' season opening party, taking place at the legendary club, Pikes, on April 24th. DUL, a cassette-digger since an early age, has carved out a sound that's both warm and left-of-centre, inspired by the soulful sounds of Derrick Carter and Frankie Knuckles, fusing Chicago house and disco with deeper electronic textures. He has previously played major festivals across the region, including MDLBEAT Soundstorm and Defected in Dubai. Driver dead, deputy injured in two-vehicle Red River Parish crash
COUSHATTA, La. () — A two-vehicle accident has claimed the life of a Coushatta woman and left a Red River Parish deputy severely injured officials said. said, troopers were notified of a two-vehicle accident around 10 a.m. Saturday, on U.S. Highway 84 near Cut-Off Road. The crash claimed the life of 70-year-old Ella Winn of Coushatta and left 23-year-old Deputy Asia Pikes with severe injuries. Officials said an initial investigation revealed the crash occurred as Pikes was driving a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe, visibly marked as a Red River Parish Sheriff's Office unit with emergency lights and sirens activated, west on U.S. Highway 84 as Winn traveled east in a 2022 Nissan Rogue. For reasons still under investigation, the Nissan made a left turn and collided with the Tahoe. Officials said Winn, who was unrestrained at the time of the crash, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
