Dunkin debuts new summer menu items
By Published: Updated: Food blogger Markie Devo previously announced the beverages' upcoming arrival in an Instagram post earlier this month, along with three other upcoming items: Orange N' Vanilla Classic Donut, Pride Donut, and Summer Munchkin Bucket. Although fans have not stopped raving about the pistachio beverage, Instagrammers insisted they would 'skip out' on purchasing the Pride Donut and slammed the chain for not introducing new coffee flavors. 'Now I can't even eat my favorite rainbow sprinkle donut bc they have to name that [expletive] "pride" seriously,' a customer wrote. 'This is so lame honestly. No new exciting coffee flavors,' another person commented. Several social media users admitted they were excited to try the new beverages coming to Dunkin'. Commenters talked about the pistachio latte the most, which is a combination of espresso and a pistachio-flavored swirl topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and waffle cone pieces that reminds them of the chain's Pistachio Coffee. This nutty-flavored beverage is also the only new offering that comes hot or iced. Starting tomorrow, medium-sized cups of the new Tropical Guyava Dunkin' Refresher will be available for $3 all day, every day. The tropical drink includes B vitamins, and is available with green tea, lemonade, or sparkling water. Fans looking for food instead of a beverage can try the Iced Strawberry Lemon Loaf, which is a lemon load with a strawberry cake swirl topped with strawberry-flavored icing. Besides new products, Dunkin' gave its fans a new commerical celebrating its $6 Meal Deal starring actors James Marsden , Charles Melton, Tramell Tillman, Gavin Casalegno, influencer Dylan Efron, and comedian Zarna Garg. Customers who take advantage of the $6 Meal Deal will receive a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with hash browns and a medium hot or iced coffee. Dunkin' Rewards members can celebrate the month of May with all new exclusive offers. The chain is starting off with a $2 10-count of Munchkins available tomorrow until May 15. Members can also earn extra points when ordering a half dozen or a dozen donuts and 25 or 50-count munchkins from May 10 to 11 to celebrate Mother's Day. Dunkin' will move on from munchkins and donuts and offer its Rewards members $3 Pretzel Sliders with a purchase of any beverage anytime between May 16 and May 31. Besides these offers, members can score 100 bonus points every Monday in May when placing an order ahead of time on the Dunkin' app. The new deals also come after Dunkin' confirmed it would stop charging customers additional money for dairy alternatives. Although fans were 'ecstatic,' they believed the change was 'inevitable' after Starbucks removed the surcharge last year. Want more stories like this from the Daily Mail? Pistachio Coffee returns to Dunkin's spring 2025 menu
American coffee and doughnut brand Dunkin' has announced the return of two fan-favourite beverages, the Dunkalatte and Pistachio Coffee, as part of its spring menu 2025 lineup for a limited time. The Pistachio Coffee features a sweet pistachio flavour swirl blended with Dunkin's Original Blend coffee, and is available hot or iced. The company also introduced new savoury item Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders, alongside the comeback of the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon and the Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer. Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders feature Black Forest ham, Swiss cheese and honey mustard on King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns. The Sweet Black Pepper Bacon is known for its sweet and savoury seasoning and can be ordered in a breakfast sandwich, as a Wake-Up Wrap or as Snackin' Bacon. The Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer is a croissant filled with chicken, bacon and Colby Jack cheese and topped with seasoning. Dunkin' is also keeping the Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso and Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin' refresher on the menu. For spring 2024, Dunkin' is also offering the $6 meal deal, which comprises a medium Hot or Iced Coffee, a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and Hash Browns. Dunkin' rewards members can enjoy exclusive app-only deals in March, including a Pretzel Slider for $3 with a beverage purchased between the 11th and the 17th. The Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer is also available for $3 with a beverage purchase from 25 to 31 March. Members can earn 100 bonus points every Monday in March when ordering ahead in the app. Dunkin category management vice-president Beth Turenne stated: 'At Dunkin', we know our fans are passionate about their favourite drinks, and nothing proves that more than the overwhelming demand for the return of the Dunkalatte and Pistachio Coffee. These two beverages have each built a cult following, from customers raving about the Dunkalatte's one-of-a-kind creamy flavour, to years of petitions calling for Pistachio's comeback. 'We're also bringing more delicious flavours to the menu with the new Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders, served on King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns, a sweet and savoury twist." In February 2024, Dunkin' announced that it will stop charging extra for non-dairy milk alternatives from 5 March. Customers can add soy, oat, almond or coconut milk to their coffee without the additional $0.50 fee. Dunkin' spring menu launches, nondairy surcharge removed
Dunkin's spring menu arrives Wednesday, the same day the company stops charging its long-standing nondairy milk fee. The big picture: The Boston-based company's seasonal change comes a day after Starbucks released its spring menu with new and returning drinks. State of play: Dunkin' is the latest chain to remove the nondairy surcharge. Starbucks removed its fee in November and smaller chains have followed suit. Dairy alternatives will be "standard options for Dunkin' beverages at no additional cost to guests," a company spokesperson told Axios. "This will allow guests visiting any Dunkin' location to enjoy traditional dairy or alternative dairy options in any beverage without an additional charge," the spokesperson added. Dunkin' spring menu brings back Dunkalatte The spring menu includes ongoing limited items and returning ones. The only new item is the Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders that are made with pretzel-style King's Hawaiian-brand slider buns. Dunkin' first released the Dunkalatte, the brand's first-ever coffee milk latte, in August 2024 as part of its fall menu. It's available hot or iced. Other menu items include: Pistachio Coffee (hot or iced) Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin' Refresher Sweet Black Pepper Bacon lineup, which Dunkin' says is available as a Breakfast Sandwich, Wake Up Wrap and Snackin' Bacon. Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffer Kelly's taste test: Dunkin' gave Axios an early taste of the new menu ahead of the launch. The Iced Pistachio Coffee reminded me of pistachio ice cream but my favorite was the Iced Dunkalatte that is made with espresso and coffee milk. What's next: Dunkin' didn't unveil any seasonal doughnuts Wednesday but more menu items are rumored to arrive before Easter. Food blogger and influencer Markie Devo posted on Instagram that a Cotton Candy-flavored doughnut, Blueberry Sprinkled Munchkins and a Spring Munchkins Bucket are expected in early April.
