Yvonne Siow is co-founder of PlayPan, a social movement that transforms underutilised commercial spaces into "creative playgrounds" where an eclectic mix of people and organisations come together to spark off new ideas and experiences — and in doing so, experience a more colourful and empowering sense of community. Her groundbreaking project was the old Peace Centre — 400,000 square feet of former retail space, transformed into a vibrant gathering point of talent.
