Celtic-daft Sir Rod Stewart was pictured at a popular Glasgow restaurant after his beloved team's Scottish Cup defeat. The 80-year-old rocker, from England, enjoyed a delicious meal at Atlantic Bar & Brasserie on St Vincent Place on Saturday, May 24. Rod, alongside his son Alastair Wallace, visited the French food spot after Celtic's Scottish Cup defeat to Aberdeen at Hampden Park. Sharing his visit online, the eatery posted a picture of the Maggie May singer next to staff members. In the image, the talented singer-songwriter looked chuffed as he donned a trendy Gucci belt and several plush chains, including a Hoops one. The megastar also appears to be rocking an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch covered in diamonds, which sells for a five-figure sum. "Our Poitrine de Porc was his dish of choice. "Slow-cooked pork belly, black pudding, potato pavé, cauliflower purée, savoy cabbage, e pancetta fricassée, pickled mustard seeds and Arran mustard jus." The legendary rocker, who is married to Penny Lancaster, is known for his incredibly successful music career. The talented artist, and huge Hoops fan, is known for his tunes such as Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?, All for Love, Sailing, Baby Jane, I Don't Want to Talk About It, and many more. Celtic took on Aberdeen at Hampden Park on Saturday as part of the Scottish Cup Final. The match, which went to penalties after a 1 - 1 draw, saw Aberdeen scoop the cup of the Scottish Premiership winners.

And he even posed for photos with fans and staff. Onlookers said the singer was "gracious and upbeat" as he took the time to chat with guests and raise a glass with fellow supporters. He's a fan of The Atlantic and its sister venue The Anchor Line, where he visits regularly for family occasions and can often be spotted enjoying a pre or post-match meal or drink when in the city. A member of staff said: 'Even with the result, Rod was in great form. "He told us earlier in the week he'd be coming in after the game, and he stuck to his word. It was a real buzz for everyone.' The art-deco restaurant - which offers French-inspired cuisine - shared a picture of the star posing with staff to Facebook.
