Posse Is the Aussie Label Behind Your Dream Summer Capsule—Here's How to Shop Its Cult-Favorite Styles as an Insider
Photo: Courtesy of Posse With a uniform of coordinating separates and elegant dresses, Posse founder Danielle Mulham embodies the laidback yet polished ease that anchors her brand's spirit. 'I've always been drawn to simplicity since I was quite young,' she previously told Vogue. 'I just love the look of wearing classic pieces with minimal makeup and tousled hair. I think that's a very Australian way of dressing—not too done up, just effortless.' It's little surprise that since founding her label in 2016, countless women have sought to recreate her signature minimalist polish. Already a go-to for fashion insiders, it was Sofia Richie Grainge that really put the brand on the map after she was spotted in the Emma vest and skirt set during her Côte d'Azur wedding weekend in 2023. Meghan Markle, Katie Holmes, and Selena Gomez have all been spotted in her designs, too. Beyond the label's beloved sets, Posse's timeless take color and romantic print (polka dot! gingham! floral!) will bring a burst of feel-good energy to your warm-weather wardrobe. Round out your summer capsule with Vogue-loved brand as an Insider with 20% off your first order.

Baton Rouge mayor's ‘Pothole Posse' aims to fix city potholes quickly
BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — East Baton Rouge Parish Mayor-President Sid Edwards has launched a new initiative to address one of the parish's most persistent complaints: potholes. Dubbed the 'Pothole Posse,' the program represents what Edwards said is 'a renewed commitment to identifying and repairing potholes quickly and efficiently.' 'We want to do them right, but we want to do them quickly,' Edwards said. 'There's no reason for a pothole to be sitting on our roads in EBR Parish for months so we're trying to pick up the pace.' The mayor's office said that more than 1,660 potholes have been filled across the parish this year. The Department of Public Works' Street Maintenance Division handles the repairs once work orders are submitted. On average, the city receives 80-120 pothole reports per week. Keeping pets safe in the summer heat: Local experts share tips In addition to road repairs, the administration is working to improve lighting infrastructure, with a recent focus on Plank Road, where over 50 malfunctioning streetlights were fixed and upgraded with LED lighting in partnership with Entergy. Residents who spot potholes or lighting issues are encouraged to report them through the City-Parish's 311 system. Summer's Most Unexpected Trend Is Bloomer Shorts—Here's How to Wear Them
Call them bloomers, bubble skorts, or balloon shorts—no matter the name, the effect is the same: a playfully voluminous silhouette that's suddenly everywhere this spring. These thigh-grazing, puffed-up bottoms are reclaiming their place in the fashion spotlight, offering a fresh feminine counterpoint to the tailored staples and cargo shorts that have dominated recent seasons. While their roots can be traced back to vintage lingerie and 18th-century undergarments, today's versions feel more street style than sleepwear, thanks to elevated fabrics, unexpected pairings, and clever styling. Designers like Chloé and emerging labels like Posse and Tae Park are leading the charge, reimagining the silhouette in crisp cottons, whispery sheers, and luxe textures that beg for a vacation setting—or at the very least, a warm-weather weekend look. What's striking about this trend isn't just its shape, but its range. Whether you're pairing a candy-coloured pair with a triangle bikini top and an oversized button-down à la French Riviera-chic, or grounding white poplin versions with minimalist staples and sculptural jewellery, bloomer shorts are surprisingly versatile.
