The official account of Mumbai Airport responded to his complaint, saying, 'Dear Mr Sami, thank you for writing to us. We are really concerned to hear this. We take your feedback very seriously and have communicated it to the concerned team for their attention. The comfort, safety and well-being of our passengers is our topmost priority. – Team CSMIA."
However, the singer hit back, saying, 'Nothing more insulting than a 'Standard Template Bot Reply' which ultimately means nothing."

For those who don't know, the Pranaam Meet and Greet Service is meant to help passengers have an easier time at the airport. It provides help with moving around, handling baggage, and VIP treatment to make travel smoother.
But Adnan Sami didn't share exactly what happened or why he was unhappy with the service.
