Preliminary awards begin for Miss Arkansas' Teen Pageant
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Miss Arkansas' Teen Pageant officially kicked off Tuesday at the Robinson Center downtown.
Contestants are competing throughout the week in categories showcasing their talent, poise and dedication to service. The event culminates with the finals on Saturday.
