Turnbull signs new deal at Tranmere
Tranmere Rovers defender Jordan Turnbull has signed a new two-year contract with the League Two 30-year-old joined Rovers after leaving Salford City in the summer of 2022, and has since made 131 new deal sees him extend his stay at Prenton Park until the summer of manager Andy Crosby told the club website securing Turnbull's immediate future at the club was a positive step."We as a management staff think Jordan is coming into his best years and we look forward to helping him improve," Crosby told the club website, external."I am delighted that Jordan has extended his stay at the club. Tranmere sign former Port Vale defender Smith
Tranmere Rovers have signed former Port Vale central defender Nathan Smith on a two-year 29-year-old was released by the Valiants earlier this month after making 428 appearances in all competitions for the club.A graduate from Vale's academy, Smith made his debut in August 2016 and went on to earn two promotions from League made 24 appearances in the league last season as he helped guide his side back to the third tier and reunites with former Vale boss Andy Crosby at Prenton Park."It feels really good. FA fine Crewe and Tranmere over mass confrontation

Tranmere: Jennings and Patrick stay as Davies, Morris and Merrie leave
Tranmere Rovers have extended the contracts of forwards Connor Jennings and Omari Patrick for another season. But club captain Tom Davies heads a list of seven players who will leave Prenton Park this summer. Patrick, 28, finished as top scorer with 13 goals as Tranmere avoided relegation, while 32-year-old Jennings managed five this season. The club has also taken up the option of an extra year for Jersey-born forward Sol Solomon, 24. Defender Davies, 33, has played almost 150 games in the four seasons since he joined Tranmere. He will leave when his contract expires, along with Kieron Morris, Chris Merrie, Luke Norris, Connor Wood, Declan Drysdale and Reuben Egan.
