Financial Highlights: $271 million of cash, inventory and equities at market prices (1), and no debt on May 30, 2025. Inventory totals 1,356,000 pounds of U 3 O 8 valued at $96.6 million at market prices (1). UEC's U.S. warehoused physical uranium program will be expanded by 300,000 pounds through purchase contracts in December 2025 at $37.05 per pound, providing a low-cost stream of physical uranium at a time of heightened geopolitical uncertainty. The Form 10-Q filing, which includes the Company's interim condensed consolidated financial statements, related notes thereto and management's discussion and analysis, is available on the Company's website at and at Amir Adnani, President and CEO, stated: "With the U.S. now targeting a fourfold expansion of nuclear capacity and rebuilding its nuclear industrial base under Presidential Executive Orders, UEC's production ramp-up is strategically aligned with the expected increase in uranium demand. This quarter's operational milestones—commissioning new ISR production in Wyoming and advancing construction in South Texas—underscore how ideally positioned UEC is to meet the call for secure, scalable and 100% domestic uranium supply. Additionally, preparing our Roughrider project in Canada for pre-feasibility aims to add another layer of reliable uranium supply from a stable jurisdiction for longer term demand. Christensen Ranch and Irigaray ISR Operations, Wyoming UEC achieved a significant operational milestone this quarter with the startup of Header House 10-7, marking the first new production area at Christensen Ranch as part of its phased restart. This new header house began delivering feed along with past-producing wellfields 7, 8, and 10 to the satellite ion exchange plant, resulting in a notable increase in uranium head grade from the operating wellfields. Construction of Header House 10-8 is nearly complete, with transformers, motor control centers, programmable logic controllers, and injection and recovery headers installed—only final trenching and tie-ins remain. Key refurbishment work was completed at both the Christensen Ranch ion exchange plant and the Irigaray Central Processing Plant. At Christensen Ranch, eight ion exchange columns were taken offline for internal piping replacement and vessel recoating, while production continued in the expanded area. At Irigaray, the plant operated normally as refurbishment advanced in the yellowcake packaging area. Field development advanced with active drilling in wellfield 11 (piloting, casing, underreaming), delineation drilling in wellfield 12, and extensions in wellfields 8 and 10. Consistent with UEC's sustainability commitments and regulatory obligations, plugging and abandonment of wells in wellfield 2 was also initiated during the quarter. As a result of the ramp-up, employment at Christensen Ranch increased to 63 personnel, supporting the Company's growing operations in Wyoming's Powder River Basin. Burke Hollow ISR Project, South Texas Construction at the Burke Hollow Project continued to progress on schedule, with key advances made across wellfield development and processing infrastructure. In Production Area One (PA-1), drilling activity remained robust with 101 additional holes completed and 65 wells cased to expand the production footprint. Simultaneously, the installation of the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) trunkline between the satellite ion exchange plant and PA-1 began, marking another key step in preparing for flowline integration. At Production Area Two (PA-2), drilling commenced to define the footprint for future perimeter monitor wells, setting the stage for further phased expansion. Construction of the satellite ion exchange plant also advanced meaningfully. Following completion of the main concrete slab in the second quarter of fiscal 2025, key uranium processing equipment was received, including a resin hauling trailer, motor control centers, and two filter presses. Four ion exchange columns were installed—all positioned and internally piped on the foundation. In parallel, a contract was awarded for the drilling of a deep disposal well, an important component for wastewater management during operational phases. With these milestones achieved, UEC's South Texas workforce has grown to 40 personnel, supporting the Company's advancing development at Burke Hollow and broader hub-and-spoke platform in the region. Sweetwater, Wyoming (2) UEC expects to issue a TRS with an estimate of mineral resources of the Great Divide Basin Hub-and-Spoke by the end of fiscal 2025. In this report, the Sweetwater Plant will be designated as the "Hub," supported by a series of satellite projects or "Spokes." The Spokes will include: Red Desert: REB, ENQ, and Sweetwater deposits Green Mountain: Round Park, Phase 2, Whiskey Peak, and Desert View Resource Zones Additional nearby properties: JAB, Clarkson Hill, and Red Rim In parallel with the TRS work, UEC has initiated efforts to amend the conventional mining permits at the Sweetwater Uranium Project. These amendments will incorporate: ISR mining methods ISR-mineable resources A new ion exchange and elution circuit at the Sweetwater Plant These activities are advancing UEC's development plans for a scalable hub-and-spoke ISR production platform in Wyoming's Great Divide Basin. Roughrider Project, Saskatchewan In preparation for a proposed pre-feasibility study, UEC drilled metallurgical holes in 2024 across the West Zone, East Zone, and Far East Zone at the Roughrider Project. The drill cores were collected to confirm metallurgical testing aimed at advancing the project toward the next stage of technical development. Metallurgical test work, initiated in January 2025, is being conducted by SGS Canada Inc. – Mineral Services at its laboratory in Lakefield, Ontario. Testing completed to date includes: Bulk solvent extraction on pregnant leach solution to generate raffinate and pregnant strip liquor Gypsum removal from the pregnant strip liquor Yellowcake precipitation Bulk tailings neutralization and effluent treatment Liquid/solid separation of simulated tailings In parallel, UEC has initiated a request for proposal to engage qualified firms for the preparation of the forthcoming pre-feasibility study and related TRS. Notes: Market values for securities are based on closing prices as at May 30, 2025, and for uranium inventories are based on the spot price quoted on UxC CVD as of such date. On September 14, 2022, UEC filed an expanded S-K 1300 TRS for the Wyoming Hub-and-Spoke platform, covering properties throughout Wyoming. UEC is now dividing the Wyoming TRS into two Hub-and-Spoke reports – one for the Great Divide Basin Hub (Sweetwater Plant and properties) and the other for the Powder River Basin Hub (Irigaray Plant and properties). The Great Divide Basin Hub-and-Spoke TRS is expected to be issued at the end of fiscal 2025. The Powder River Basin Hub-and-Spoke TRS is expected to be issued shortly thereafter. The Brief All social media posts from military entities relating to DEI will be removed, and that includes posts from Luke Air Force Base accounts. This comes after an executive order from the Trump administration and memo from the Department of Defense. Accounts have until March 5 to remove the posts. An Instagram post from Luke Air Force Base said that several of its posts relating to DEI have been deleted. What we know It's in accordance with an executive order to end DEI mentions online. The Pentagon sent out a memo on Wednesday giving military services less than a week, a deadline of March 5, to comply with the order. The post reads, "Content is being removed from this platform in accordance with Presidential Executive Orders and DoD instruction 5400.17, Official Use of Social Media for Public Affairs Purposes." The backstory An executive order on Jan. 20 by President Donald Trump says, "The Biden Administration forced illegal and immoral discrimination programs, going by the name "diversity, equity, and inclusion" (DEI), into virtually all aspects of the Federal Government, in areas ranging from airline safety to the military." The Feb. 26 DoD memo reads, in part, "By March 5, 2025, Components must take all practicable steps, consistent with records management requirements, to remove all DoD news and feature articles, photos, and videos that promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Feb 11 (Reuters) - Top proxy adviser Institutional Shareholder Services said on Tuesday it will no longer consider the gender, racial or ethnic diversity of U.S. company boards when making its voting recommendations. In a statement posted on its website, ISS cited how in the U.S. "there recently has been increased attention on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, including the issuance last month of Presidential Executive Orders on DEI." Tuesday's change by the influential proxy adviser marks a major step in how executives and investors react to efforts by the administration of U.S. President Donald Trump to end DEI considerations, opens new tab in government and business. Boardrooms across the S&P 500 (.SPX), opens new tab have slowly grown more representative since the Black Lives Matter movement of 2020, but gains for women and minorities lately have slowed as companies reach targets and look at other recruiting priorities. Top investors BlackRock (BLK.N), opens new tab and Vanguard have already reduced the importance of diversity considerations in their stewardship policies. BlackRock, for instance, recently eliminated a 30% diversity target for boards from late 2021, noting that 98% of S&P 500 boardrooms already meet that goal. ISS said the change will apply both to its benchmark policy and to its specialty policies such as those used by ESG funds, for reports published after February 25. It will continue to evaluate other director considerations including independence, accountability and responsiveness, ISS said. ISS competitor Glass Lewis did not respond to a request for comment on Tuesday. On Monday, a representative said it would reassess its approach "if regulatory or legislative changes were to impact corporate issuers and investors." ISS did not immediately provide more details, such as how its policies might shift for European companies, or how its recommendations on shareholder resolutions might change. Representatives for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers did not immediately respond to requests for comment. New York City Comptroller Brad Lander, who oversees public pension funds and has urged companies to add more diverse directors and workers, said ISS' move seemed aimed at avoiding new federal regulations instead of acting in investors' interest. "Rather than standing up for independent proxy advice, they are preemptively throwing the value of diverse governance under the bus," Lander said. ISS, BlackRock and Vanguard have all been targets of Republican criticism for their handling of social and environmental matters, even as the areas gained more investor attention. Employees also will no longer be allowed to use pronouns or bathrooms that differ from their sex assigned at birth if that's the rule of the government agency where the employee is assigned, according to the briefing by Booz Allen Chief People Officer Aimee George Leary. 'While our existing people programs comply with law, it is clear from these executive orders and other public statements, that the definition of what's allowed is changing, so we must make changes,' Leary said in the recording. 'If we don't, we could be ineligible for contracts with the federal government. This would put our ability to operate and our company at risk.' Booz Allen's company spokesperson confirmed the statements and information given during the town hall. 'All of our talent decisions are merit-based, and we have clarified and updated our programs as appropriate to ensure compliance with recently issued Presidential Executive Orders,' the company said in a statement. Current employees working remotely will be required to return to the office if that's a requirement of the agency where they are assigned, Leary said. She also sought to assure employees that Booz remains a 'people first company,' and said that programs and requirements may change again as government requirements become more clear. The day after he was sworn into office, Trump signed a series of sweeping executive orders aiming to dismantle DEI initiatives within the government, federal contractors and beyond. One of those orders instructed the heads of all government agencies to come up with ways to end 'illegal DEI discrimination and preferences' within the private sector and ordered each agency to identify as many as nine private institutions for potential investigations. Accenture Plc, the professional services firm with nearly 800,000 employees around the world, also is abandoning its diversity targets in reaction to the Trump orders, according to a memo to staff. The U.S. Military Academy West Point is disbanding 11 affinity groups as a result of Donald Trump's executive orders targeting diversity, equity, and inclusion. In a memo Tuesday, the school announced that the Asian Pacific Forum Club, Japanese Forum Club, Korean-American Relations Seminar, Vietnamese-American Cadet Association, Native American Heritage Forum, and Latin Cultural Club were all disbanded and ordered to cease all activities immediately. The National Society of Black Engineers, the Society for Hispanic Professional Engineers, and the Society of Women Engineers were also shut down. The Corbin Forum, which 'empowers and promotes women's leadership within the Corps of Cadets and Army,' was disbanded, and its web page was removed from West Point's website. Spectrum, a group supporting LGBTQ+ cadets, was similarly ordered to shut down. The memo also dissolved the Contemporary Cultural Affairs Seminar Club, which supported cadets who were 'transitioning from civilian to cadet and cadet to officer.' The dispersal of these groups, meant to provide resources and community to cadets, many of whom are from marginalized backgrounds, was done 'in accordance with recent Presidential Executive Orders, Department of Defense guidance, and Department of the Army guidance,' according to the memo. No other rationale was provided for the action. The U.S. Army and Air Force closed their respective DEI offices and programs in January. Last week, after Trump baselessly blamed the government's DEI practices for a deadly plane crash, federal employees at several agencies received instructions to remove their pronouns from their email signature.
