The median home in Broome County listed for $199,825 in April, slightly up from the previous month's $198,500, an analysis of data from shows.
Compared to April 2024, the median home list price increased 5.5% from $189,450.

Broome County's median home was 241 square feet, listed at $0.1 per square foot. The price per square foot of homes for sale is mostly unchanged from April 2024.
Listings in Broome County moved briskly, at a median 33 days listed compared to the April national median of 50 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 36 days on the market. Around 148 homes were newly listed on the market in April, a 4.2% increase from 142 new listings in April 2024.
