How the Tri-State ranks according to State of Tobacco Control report
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- On Wednesday, the American Lung Association released their 23rd annual State of Tobacco Control report.

The report grades states in five areas- including funding for state tobacco prevention programs, state tobacco taxes, smoke free workplace laws, coverage of and access to quit tobacco treatment and ending the sale of flavored tobacco products. The American Lung Association assigns a letter grade to each category ranging from A to F.
