Miami rapper gives directions during Uber ride, driver pulls out a gun and says, ‘Get out of my vehicle'
A shocking video has surfaced from Miami, showing an Uber driver allegedly pulling a gun on her passengers after a brief exchange over directions.
Conflicts between cab drivers and passengers have become increasingly common, but this particular incident took a frightening turn. According to a video now going viral, the driver snapped after being advised on where to turn, and shouted, 'Get out of my vehicle now! You're no longer in the ride. Get out!' She then dialled 911 and, moments later, pulled out a gun and pointed it at her two passengers.
Krissy Celess, a rising Miami rapper, shared the footage of the frightening encounter, explaining how the situation spiraled out of control. 'I just never expected anything like this to happen,' she told WSVN, admitting she feared for her life and worried she might never see her 4-year-old son again.

According to Celess, the ordeal began when she tried to guide the driver on the route. She said, 'Hey, the turn is right here. You're going to make a left.' The driver allegedly responded saying, 'Oh, you don't have to tell me. That's what I have a GPS for,' while driving in the middle lane. Celess believes it was her remark about the driver's 'crazy eyes' that set off the violent reaction.
The passengers are now planning legal action against Uber. Their lawyer, Carlos Dominguez, described the driver's behaviour as 'extremely aggressive,' noting that pulling a gun was 'extremely excessive'. He said, 'You know, emotions can sometimes spur out of control because of a simple disagreement, but those disagreements do not necessitate a firearm to be pointed at you.' He said, 'Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Simply shocking. I mean, you get the first-person perspective of having a gun pointed at you.'
Uber responded to the incident by removing the driver's access to their app and launching an investigation. The company also reaffirmed that their drivers are prohibited from carrying firearms. Meanwhile, the police are actively looking into the case.
Similar unsettling encounters with Uber drivers have also been reported in India. A resident of Gurgaon recently made a Reddit post to share a disturbing experience that led them to cancel their ride and hurry back home. The incident happened when the user booked a Priority Sedan on Uber to travel to a nearby train station, just an hour away. As the driver neared, the user checked the app to verify the OTP and was shocked to see a disturbing message in the Uber chat.
The passenger had messaged, 'I am here. Anand Vihar Terminal drop. Please come.' In response, the driver sent a chilling reply: 'Go to Anand Vihar. I want to go to kidnap you happily.' This strange and threatening message left the Gurgaon resident deeply shaken.
