Rams reportedly sign veteran OL D.J. Humphries
The Los Angeles Rams added another depth piece to their offensive line Thursday after veteran offensive lineman D.J. Humphries reportedly signed with the Rams, his agency announced.
Terms of the deal were not immediately available.
Humphries, 32, most recently played two games for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2024 following eight years with the Arizona Cardinals. He was an eight-year start for Arizona and made the Prow Bowl in 2021.
Injuries have befallen Humphries recently. He tore his ACL at the end of the 2023 season for the Cardinals and didn't play again until Week 13 with the Chiefs. Humphries then missed three games with a hamstring injury and lost his starting role for the playoffs.
The Rams, who have also recently signed lineman David Quessenberry, now have another veteran backup for their offensive line. Alaric Jackson and Rob Havenstein are the two starting tackles, but it's always good to have some experienced depth behind them.
