Luis Damon kicks off Puerto Rican Pride Week
NEW YORK (PIX11) – The 116th Street Festival, taking place on Saturday in East Harlem, will be streamed live on PIX11 News starting at 2 p.m.!
The festival is celebrating its 40th anniversary and it's the lead-up to the largest cultural celebration in the U.S., the Puerto Rican Day Parade, which will be held Sunday along 5th Avenue.
