Windsorites support RMHC through McHappy Day
Thursday marked McHappy Day, when one meal can make a big difference.
Every menu item sold on McHappy Day helps support families with sick children through Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Local volunteers, first responders — and personalities from CTV Windsor — rolled up their sleeves to help out.
It's a small act with a big impact, and the community turned out in a big way.
'The generosity has been great. Today we were over on the merch table and just the people that would come by and not even want anything, just to make a donation and to help out for a great cause. That's just the spirit of the community that comes through each and every year,' said Pure Country 98's Nathan Carr, who volunteered for the event.
