The Sandman season 2 plot
The Sandman centers around Lord Morpheus, the master of the Dreaming and one of the seven Endless immortal entities tied to fundamental forces like Desire and Death. The story follows his return to power after being held captive for centuries. Upon his release, Morpheus sets out to recover his lost artifacts, including a mystical helmet, a pouch of dream sand, and a powerful ruby.

The series stars Tom Sturridge as Lord Morpheus, with Joely Richardson playing Ethel Dee, Dinita Gohil as the Fate Maiden, Nina Wadia as the Fate Mother, and Sanjeev Bhaskar as Cain.
