David Carmack is inaugural recipient of Rotary Club of Frederick's Quiet Hero Award
The Rotary Club of Frederick recently presented longtime member David Carmack with the club's first Quiet Hero Award. The award showcases members whose contributions to Rotary's mission are significant but often behind-the scenes.
Over the years, Carmack has served as club president several times, chaired the Rotary Foundation Scholarship and Group Exchange committees, and volunteered frequently in club service positions. Due to his sustained and generous support of the Rotary Foundation, Carmack is also a member of the Paul Harris Society.
