Chevy Chase ‘house in a house' on the market for $3.2 million
Some developers might have seen the 78-year-old ranch-style house as a teardown, a roadblock on the path to a shiny new project. But when RAZ Development purchased this Chevy Chase, Maryland, house in 2018, they decided the existing structure was a benefit, so instead of starting over with a cleared lot, they built a house around the one that was already there.
