Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) called off their much-awaited open bus victory parade in the city on June 4, citing massive traffic congestion—a situation many locals are calling a 'Peak Bengaluru' moment. The parade was planned to celebrate the team's historic Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 title win over Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Ahmedabad on had announced a celebratory parade that would begin at 3:30 PM IST from Vidhana Soudha and end at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. However, with traffic already building up in the city's Central Business District (CBD), authorities and organisers opted to revise the plan to avoid worsening the place of the parade, RCB will now host a felicitation event at the Chinnaswamy Stadium from 5 PM to 6 PM IST. Before arriving at the stadium, players will meet the Honourable Chief Minister of Karnataka, Siddaramaiah, at Vidhana Soudha and proceed directly to the to the stadium is restricted to those with valid passes.
