KUALA LUMPUR: News on stock, crypto and ringgit moves. Bursa Malaysia's 30-stock index closed higher today led by industrial counters following renewed optimism surrounding international trade negotiations. The key index added slightly more than two per cent to 1,582. Active stocks at the closing bell included MyEG Services, Inari Amertron and CIMB Group. The ringgit weakened against the dollar at 4.3170. In the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin dropped to RM443,721. Ethereum traded flat at RM10,649 and Solana stood at RM744.
