West Shore Regional Police welcome new K-9
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A new K-9 is joining a Cumberland County police department. The West Shore Regional Police Commission approved the 'hiring' of K-9 Raff on Wednesday, April 9.
