The 2025 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament commenced at the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view. As always, the winner of the tournament will earn a Women's World Championship match. Recently, the current AEW Women's World Champion 'Timeless' Toni Storm sent a message to all the participants of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.

Toni Storm also sent a warning to Mercedes Moné, Jamie Hayter, and ROH Women's Champion Athena.
'Mercedes Moné, our CEO, what an unfortunate nickname. I will drain your 401K and put you so deep in a recession you'll have to drink my bath water. Kris Statlander, my God! What a woman! Athena, You may be the Ring of Honor forever champion but you will last about two minutes with me. And Jamie Hayter, take my advice: no money has ever been made from dressing like you are in a different era. And as for me, I could sit at home and watch this entire tournament, eating Veal Parmesan.
