Windsong Radiology plans February opening in Niagara Falls
Jan. 31—Windsong Radiology's expansion into Niagara Falls is planned for early February.
It would be the diagnostic imaging provider's first Niagara County location, sharing a building with Excelsior Orthopedics at 10195 Niagara Falls Blvd., according to a release. While Windsong will start admitting patients in February, a grand opening and open house are planned for later in the spring.
"We are thrilled to bring our comprehensive imaging services to the Niagara Falls community and our Canadian neighbors," said Raja Cherub, president of Windsong Radiology. "This new center will enable our team of experts to deliver exceptional care with state-of-the-art technology, putting patients first and providing the answers they and their physicians need to inform a treatment plan and improve patient outcomes."
Windsong is the region's fourth largest diagnostic imaging provider with around 350,000 patients. Its other locations are in Amherst, Lancaster, Williamsville, Snyder, West Seneca, and Hamburg, along with a mobile mammogram unit.
The new center boasts new technology for procedures like X-rays, ultrasounds, mammography, and bone density screenings.
