Ajay Devgn 's action-packed thriller 'Raid 2' is maintaining a steady pace at the box office, crossing the Rs 162 crore mark after 25 days. According to Sacnilk's early estimates, the film earned Rs 2.40 crore on its fourth Sunday (Day 25), continuing its steady hold despite facing challenges from new releases over the past weeks. Rakul Preet on Mere Husband Ki Biwi's performance at the box office: Not every good film has necessarily made the noise at the box office (Exclusive)

Actress Rakul Preet , who was last seen in Mere Husband ki Biw i, isn't losing sleep over the film's performance at the box office. The Arjun Kapoor-Bhumi Pednekar starrer barely touched the ₹10 crore mark at the Indian box office. For the actress, the worth of a film isn't defined by ticket sales alone — and she's unapologetically clear about that. 'In today's day and age, the times that we're living in, you can't quantify working or not working (of a film) by the box office figures. The sooner you understand that (the better). Not every good film has necessarily made the noise at the box office. Having said that, a lot of them have been appreciated later on. I feel we still did a decent business and the kind of love that we got for it in terms of the reviewers for a genre like that is there. And whoever watched the film liked it. Our victory lies there,' Rakul explains. Recently seen walking the ramp at Bombay Times Fashion Week , Rakul believes every film has its own timeline — and audience. 'I feel a good film will always find its audience. If not today, then there is also OTT. When it comes there, people see it. There are so many examples of those films that give you the credibility once it's seen by many more people," she adds. Mere Husband Ki Biwi OTT Release Date: Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh's latest romantic comedy is gearing up for its digital debut. Here's everything you need to know about the film. While Mere Husband Ki Biwi was a comic caper, Rakul's upcoming slate continues the laughter streak. She's returning with the much-awaited De De Pyaar De 2 , and is also headlining an "off-beat comedy" alongside Neena Gupta. But is comedy a genre she consciously gravitates toward? She replies, 'There's nothing new favorite. It is just the kind of scripts that come to you and you like certain aspects of a script. I don't really go picking a genre specifically. I have to like the film on the whole.'
