Al-Arabiya TV host Rasha Nabil, speaking on Al-Arabiya Network (Saudi Arabia) on May 21, 2025, responded to recent statements by Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri (see MEMRI TV Clip #12014), saying that they have 'caused a wave of anger and widespread resentment among Palestinians.' Nabil criticized the Hamas leadership, saying they 'should just shut up,' as such remarks only deepen the suffering of the people in Gaza and fuel public outrage. She called the rhetoric 'unacceptable,' accusing Hamas leaders of being detached from reality and showing a blatant disregard for the Palestinian people. Nabil condemned such statements as suggesting that 'Palestinian blood is cheap,' firmly stating: 'Palestinian blood is not cheap!' She questioned how any Palestinian mother could express such sentiments about child victims, calling such talk unbearable and beyond comprehension.
