Saudi Rawasi Albina Investment sells sukuk at 10.25% profit rate
Saudi Arabia's Rawasi Albina Investment Co. has sold 50 million riyals ($13.3 million) worth of sukuk at a profit rate of 10.25%, the first in a series of riyal denominated sukuk programme worth a total SAR 500 million. Rawasi Albina signs SAR 23.7M contract with NWC
Rawasi Albina Investment Co. signed today, Feb. 20, a contract worth SAR 23.66 million (VAT inclusive) with National Water Co. (NWC), according to a Tadawul statement. Under the 36-month contract, the company will undertake the water networks rehabilitation in Tabuk. The relevant financial impact will likely appear from the first half of 2025 until 2027, the company said, adding that there are no related parties involved.
