Syasya Rizal admits challenges in changing her ways
12 Mar - Syasya Rizal recently admitted that changing for the better has not been easy for her, as she faced various challenges following her departure from DOLLA.
The 24-year-old singer, who tied the knot and began wearing a hijab following her decision to leave the group, said that she was truly tested following the decision that made her want to return to her past life at times.
"People think that I am somehow pious now. But I am still the same person, just trying to be a better person," she said.
At the same time, Syasya said that she always has to remind herself to not be arrogant in the process of transforming herself.
"To all the women out there who are struggling to be consistent, it is okay to do it slowly. Do not force yourself. We don't all have the same journey, so don't compare yourself to others," she said.
In other news, the singer recently released her first Eid song as a solo artiste with Fazura titled "Raya Pumpang".
