Police seek help for missing man last seen in Overland
ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis County Police Department (SLCPD) issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 34-year-old man.
According to officials, Raymond Edward Porter Jr. was last seen today in the Overland neighborhood shortly before 1:30 p.m. Police said that Porter drives a Gray 2012 Chevrolet Equinox, which had Missouri license plates saying 'TL3C7E.'
A family member told police that Porter sent a concerning text message and that he may be armed with a handgun.
Porter is described as a Black male who is 6'3 and weighs about 285 pounds. He also has black hair and brown eyes. According to those who saw him before he was reported missing, Porter was wearing a red shirt.
Anyone who may have seen Porter or his car is urged to contact 911 or the SLCPD at 636-529-8210.
