2025 Red Flannel Run kicks off Saturday and gives back
DES MOINES, Iowa — Most people don't associate red flannel with spring, but the YMCA of Greater Des Moines sure does! This weekend the YMCA is hosting a special event to embrace the cold while staying in shape.
Chief Marketing Officer Ruth Comer joined the crew on Today in Iowa to speak about the 37th year of the event, which provides so much joy in many ways throughout the community.
