From vintage glam to futuristic garbs, Bollywood's sweetheart Kajol excels at everything and has a knack for creating unique and trailblazing trends. Known for her understated, sophisticated, and charming sense, she's one of the 2000s fashion icons who introduced the notes of colourblocking into your fashion mood board.
Reinstating her position with her iconic 2000s vision board, she blended the weaves with a hint of modish attitude and took centre stage with a striking olive green jumpsuit. Handcrafted by Mumbai-based designer Payal Khadwala with dupion and mulberry silk, this contemporary blend also had clean satin notes that gave a structure to the distinctive texture.

Adding a hint of pure sheen to the overall fit, the deep olive green hue perfectly coordinated with the shades of burnt copper and cherry red towards the base.
The full-length jumpsuit came with a cinched waistband and pleated detailing on the front, creating an overall balanced silhouette with a relaxed core.
Enhancing the look with coppery asymmetrical cuffs and a classic shirt collar, Kajol left the front buttons open and created a dramatic nosh, showing off the creative energy of Indian artisans with vintage textiles. This functional jumpsuit is a part of Payal Khandwala's newest collection, Release 13, and is a showcase to reimagine signature textiles with handwoven silk to create a sense of versatility with a durable tone.

As her vision reflects an affinity for fine arts, Kajol carried it in the most charming manner and carefully accessorised the overall look, without going overboard. She added a pair of chunky gold earrings and a statement emerald ring and completed the show with a stack of trendy mismatched wooden bangles.

Complementing the earthiness of her entire fit, she pulled her hair back into a half ponytail and carried a dewy makeup base with muted eye shadows, mascara-laden lashes, a hint of sleek kohl, and flushed-out cheeks.
Painting her lips with a soft pink shade, she neatly tiptoed the line between old-school charm and contemporary fashion, with a dark blend of colours and an iconic fabric touch.
