Remsons Industries consolidated net profit declines 11.65% in the March 2025 quarter
Sales rise 31.09% to Rs 106.18 crore Net profit of Remsons Industries declined 11.65% to Rs 4.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 5.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales rose 31.09% to Rs 106.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 81.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. For the full year,net profit rose 7.88% to Rs 14.37 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 13.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Remsons Inds jumps as Q4 net profit climbs 15% QoQ
Remsons Industries rallied 4.71% to Rs 146.75 after reporting a 15% sequential rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 4.6 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations edged up 4% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 106.2 crore. However, the YoY picture was mixed. While net sales jumped 31% compared to Q4 FY24, adjusted net profit slipped 11% on account of a sharp dip in other income. Operating performance remained steady. EBITDA for Q4 stood at Rs 11 crore, up 37% YoY but down 12% QoQ. The EBITDA margin came in at 10%, lower than the 12% seen in the December quarter but in line with the year-ago period. Profit before tax surged 59% QoQ and 28% YoY to Rs 8.2 crore. For the full year ended March 2025, Remsons delivered a 7% growth in net profit to Rs 14.4 crore, while revenue rose 21% to Rs 376.6 crore. FY25 PBT jumped 38% YoY to Rs 22.4 crore and EBITDA rose 20% to Rs 37.4 crore, with margins steady at 10%. The company's consolidated net cash from operating activities stood at Rs 22.18 crore in FY25, higher than Rs 15.48 crore in FY24. "Weve not only met our targets, but weve shattered our past records," said Krishna Kejriwal, chairman and managing director. "This is a defining moment in Remsons journey, and were just getting started." The companys order book now stands at Rs 700 crore, setting the stage for sustained growth in the coming years. Remsons Industries surges on bagging Rs 300 crore order
Remsons Industries rallied 12.41% to Rs 134.50 after announcing a major order win worth approximately Rs 300 crore from Stellantis North America, the company's largest-ever business deal to date. The deal not only boosts Remsons' global presence but also unlocks significant opportunities across the North American market and beyond. As part of the partnership, Remsons will supply critical automotive components for high-profile vehicle platforms, including the Jeep Wrangler and RAM. Additionally, the company will deliver products for Smart cars and three-wheelers into Stellantis Europe, further strengthening its position as a trusted global automotive supplier. Remsons wins ‘largest-ever' ₹300 crore deal from Stellantis North America
Homegrown auto components maker Remsons Industries on Thursday said it has won a ₹300 crore deal, its largest ever, from Stellantis North America , to supply critical vehicle components. In a joint statement, Remsons said it will provide components for Stellantis' vehicle platforms, including the Jeep Wrangler and RAM, which will strengthen its position in the global automotive components industry and support the company's expansion in North America and beyond markets. Remsons will additionally supply products for smart cars and three-wheelers to Stellantis Europe, as per the statement. 'This is not just a new project; it is a moment that defines our journey and reaffirms the faith that global automotive leaders place in our capabilities, quality, and commitment,' said Rahul Kejriwal, executive director of Remsons Industries. 'This milestone reflects the strength of our collective persistent efforts and unwavering commitment,' said Amit Srivastava, group CEO, Remsons Industries.
