Saudi Steel Pipe reappoints El Shayea Chairman, confirms CEO
Saudi Steel Pipe Co. (SSP) board of directors decided today, June 11, to reappoint Mohammed Al Shayea as Chairman and Carlos Ferreyra as non-executive Vice Chairman.
In a filing to Tadawul, the company said Renwar Berzinji was appointed Managing Director and CEO, with the latter role effective July 1, 2023, pursuant to a board resolution issued on May 3, 2023.
Additionally, the board named Mohammed Alshakhouri as board secretary and approved the formation of a new Audit Committee, effective June 7, 2025, for a three-year term ending June 6, 2028.
The committee includes Salman Akbar, independent director as Chairman, and Maged Al Dakheel and Ruggero Signorelli, both non-board members, as members.
