Two Columbus men accused of exchanging sexual images of a minor from seven miles apart
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Two men have been arrested, including one this week, in connection to sending sexually explicit material to each other, with one of the suspects posing as a 13-year-old boy. According to court documents, detectives with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant in February at a home on South Waverly Street in Eastmoor. Arrested was Richard Campbell, who was charged with two felony counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, one each in the second degree and fourth degree. Detectives seized Campbell's electronic devices, specifically an Android Galaxy Z Flip 4 phone. Investigators discovered a conversation Campbell had with a man later identified as Tyler Congrove. In this alleged conversation, Campbell reportedly posed as a 13-year-old boy named 'Grayson'. Franklinton nonprofit accused of attracting criminal activity reaches deal with city Court records said that Congrove sent selfie-style pictures, including nude photographs to who he believed was the 13-year-old. Campbell then sent Congrove nude photos of a minor in front of a mirror exposing himself. Congrove reportedly then sent his photo to Campbell, who was also portraying himself as the father of 'Grayson'. Authorities were able to trace the selfie photo back to Congrove, who was arrested Wednesday at an apartment on Belle Street in Downtown, Columbus, approximately seven miles west of Campbell's location. Detective confirmed that the conversation and photos exchanged between the two men were found on Congrove's phone. A Franklin County Municipal Court judge issued Congrove a $75,000 bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 16. Campbell's case was dismissed in municipal court in March, but could still be prosecuted in common pleas court. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. UnWined Perth 2025: Wine festival at Supreme Court Gardens to highlight WA's finest wines, beers and spirits
Unlimited tastings. Refreshing cocktails. Boutique spirits. Local craft beer. Delicious gourmet food. Those are just a few of the offerings at the UnWined wine festival set to take over Supreme Court Gardens on May 16 and 17. The event, touted as an 'unforgettable weekend of premium wine, delicious food, fire pits, and live entertainment', will showcase more than 30 wineries and distilleries from across WA. UnWined founder and event organiser Richard Campbell said wine lovers would get the chance to meet the passionate producers behind the selection of divine drinks available. 'We've worked very hard to promote smaller makers. They're exclusively WA producers, from all the regions in the State, from the Swan Valley to Margaret River and Pemberton,' he said. 'One of the good things about getting smaller family producers is the person pouring is often the owner or winemaker. 'So, you are talking to a winemaker who is passionate about what they're making.' Mr Campbell said the event wasn't limited to seasoned wine connoisseurs, in fact, he said it was the perfect way for those looking to expand their taste and try something new. 'It's about introducing good wine to a wide range of people,' he added. 'I've been doing wine and food events for 25 to 30 years, we expected an older audience but we have a younger audience — our primary market is aged between 25-45.' But, the festival offers more than just wine tasting, set against the picturesque city lights and lush garden backdrop, attendees have been promised the best of WA's food and culture. Some of the food on offer includes gourmet pizza, Japanese cuisine, a burrata bar and juicy kebabs. Friday, May 16: 5pm - 10pm Saturday, May 17: 12pm - 6pm Location: Supreme Court Gardens, Perth Buy your ticket HERE
