Rotherham man in court after pedestrian killed in Skegness crash
A man has appeared in court following the death of a pedestrian in Lincolnshire. Gary Stephens, 63, died after he was hit by a car while crossing Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, near Skegness, on 12 August Gregory, 57, of Chapelfield Crescent, Rotherham, appeared at Boston Magistrates' Court earlier charged with causing death by careless has been released on unconditional bail and is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on 2 July.
