Inside Rise & Revel, Fountain Square's new coffee and cocktail spot
Fountain Square's newest coffee shop has a whiskey problem.
Driving the brews: West Fork Whiskey opened Rise & Revel, a cocktail bar that sunlights as a coffee shop, on the ground floor of the Union Square apartments.
