According to the statement, his health condition has been made worse by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision, and balance. The "Uptown Girl" artist is undergoing specific physical therapy under his doctor's instructions, and he's been "advised to refrain from performing during this recovery period." The statement noted that Billy is "thankful for the excellent care he is receiving and is fully committed to prioritizing his health.
