ICE detains second Minnesota college student

A second Minnesota college student was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Friday. Minnesota State University Mankato's president said the school doesn't know why. (Star Tribune)
The Department of Homeland Security told The AP that the University of Minnesota graduate student detained a day prior had their visa revoked over a past DUI, not involvement in student protests.
