Cirencester new homes planning application draws oppositon

Boasting an impressive nearly 98 per cent of its retail space pre-leased, the centre boasts big names like BOSS, Marks and Spencer, Adidas, and GUESS, and tantalising dining options with Wagamama, Five Guys, and Pret a Manger set to open by early summer 2025. Perched just off Junction 9 of the M5, the Cotswolds Designer Outlet is laying out the welcome mat with a unique blend of traditional Cotswolds architecture sprinkled with contemporary features – including spots for pooches and wellness-focused amenities. ‌ In 2023, developer Robert Hitchins has handed over the reins as Bouygues UK takes on the £30 million first phase following a sturdy £20 million investment in infrastructure and connectivity.
