Driver without headlights arrested on 9th OVI: OSHP
TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio (WJW) – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is releasing details about a traffic stop that led to OVI charges for a local man.
OSHP reported Robert Triplett, 60, has been convicted of eight OVI (Operating a Vehicle Impaired.)

Triplett was charged with his 9th OVI when he was pulled over Tuesday night, according to a press release.
According to OSHP, troopers pulled over a driver just before 8:30 p.m. for driving without headlights in Oxford Township in Tuscarawas County on westbound US-36.

OSHP troopers arrested the driver, identified as Triplett, on multiple charges, including OVI, driving under suspension and failure to display headlights.
Triplett's case will be heard in Tuscarawas County Southern District Court.
