'We have four dressing rooms, whereas in a lot of the other arenas, we have six. ... At Cavendish, we have 12 to accommodate two ice surfaces.' 'The whole project CIP budget is just over $6 million, and basically, about 40 per cent is phase 1 and 60 per cent is phase 2,' Jace Adams, City of Lethbridge facility services project manager, told media.
