Overcast skies, rainy weekends and days where temps dip below 60 degrees have dominated weather forecasters' broadcasts the past few months. Still, we're holding out hope that things warm up the next couple weeks just in time for outdoor concert season. And that's especially true this year since Holmdel, NJ's PNC Bank Arts Center has such an impressive slate of performers scheduled this spring, summer and early fall. Advertisement Just a few of the artists we're most excited about on this year's lineup include country favorite Luke Bryan (May 30), recent Rock Hall of Fame inductee Dave Matthews Band (June 3), New Jersey native/hitmaker Halsey (June 6), '80s icons Simple Minds (June 11) and classic rock vets The Beach Boys (June 14). Counting Crows (June 28), Thomas Rhett (July 10), Styx (July 20), Big Time Rush (July 22) and Nelly (July 26) are just a few of the other biggies scheduled to swoop into the Garden State these next few months. Real talk though, we're most excited to 'Hold The Line' with Toto (July 25) and 'Listen To The Music' The Doobie Brothers play (Aug. 7). But wait! There's more! Advertisement After crunching the numbers, our team found 31 (!) concerts scheduled from May through September at the PNC Bank Arts Center. Better yet, some tickets are quite inexpensive. Based on our findings, some lawn seats are going for as low as $35 including fees on Vivid Seats. Other shows on the calendar have tickets starting anywhere from $39 to $118 including fees. Apple TV+ Sets First Peanuts Musical in 35 Years

Tune up your piano, Schroeder: Apple TV+ has set its first original Peanuts musical. Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical is the first new Peanuts musical special in 35 years. Ben Folds (of Ben Folds Five, and also the guy who composed 'It's the Small Things, Charlie Brown') will write original music for the July 18 release, as will Jeff Morrow. A Summer Musical has a 40-minute runtime. And also Snoopy and Woodstock discover a treasure map that takes them on 'a wild adventure,' per Apple TV+. Here's some more from Apple: 'One morning, the Peanuts gang learns that their beloved camp is shutting down because there are fewer campers joining each summer. The news especially saddens Charlie Brown, who feels hopeless about losing a place that has meant so much to him and his friends. Meanwhile, on their adventure, Snoopy and Woodstock find the sought-after treasure chest, but are quickly disappointed when they discover it's not riches, but instruments and photos from past summer concerts held at the camp. Newly inspired, Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang use the treasure to host their own concert to save the camp.' Produced for Apple TV+ by Peanuts and WildBrain, Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical is directed by Erik Wiese and is written by Craig Schulz, Bryan Schulz and Cornelius Uliano. Executive producers are the Schulzes, Uliano, Paige Braddock, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts and Logan McPherson. This year marks the 75th anniversary of Peanuts. Apple TV+ became the home of Peanuts in 2019 (the deal was first announced in 2018). Apple TV+ has a mix of new and old Peanuts content. There's Camp Snoopy, The Snoopy Show, Snoopy in Space, Lucy's School, For Auld Lang Syne, To Mom (And Dad), With Love, It's The Small Things, Charlie Brown, Who Are You, Charlie Brown?, One-of-a-Kind Marcie and Welcome Home, Franklin, as well as the classics, including A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. CBGG Festival announces 2025 lineup: See Iggy Pop, Jack White, more

Vivid Seats is the New York Post's official ticketing partner. We may receive revenue from this partnership for sharing this content and/or when you make a purchase. Featured pricing is subject to change. On Oct. 15, 2006, New York City's legendary punk and new wave venue CBGB closed. In the nearly 20 years since, nothing in the City has quite replaced the iconic performance space where Patti Smith, Talking Heads, Ramones, Television and Blondie played for audiences of 350 people or less. That all changes this year. For the first time since 2012, the CBGB Festival returns to New York. The festivities go down at Brooklyn's Under The K Bridge Park on Saturday, Sept. 27. Just a few of the most exciting headliners on the bill include O.G. punk Iggy Pop, recent Rock Hall of Fame inductee Jack White, seminal anarchists Sex Pistols, The Smiths' Johnny Marr and legendary vets The Damned. They'll be joined by The Linda Lindas, Destroy Boys, Gorilla Biscuits, Melvins and Marky Ramone, one of the three surviving members of the groundbreaking group. All in all, 21 acts will take the stage over the course of the one-day extravaganza that Melodic Mag claims begs the question 'who would be playing CBGB' today?' If you want to be there, tickets are officially on-sale as of today. At the time of publication, single-day general admission passes start at $259 including fees on Vivid Seats. For more information, our team has everything you need to know and more about the 2025 CBGB Festival below. All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.
