Broward deputies release new footage in a months-old murder. Can you ID suspect?
Roderick Henry was slain in the middle of the night late last year as he was working to get out of prison. The murderer, who set up an ambush-style killing, has been on the run for six months, but deputies hope newly released footage Tuesday will bring him to justice.
On Dec. 1, Henry was shot and killed while talking to another person outside a work release facility in Pompano Beach, near the 300 block of Avondale Drive, the Broward Sheriff's Office said. He was completing a prison sentence for crimes he committed in Palm Beach County.

Details were slim at the time of the shooting, with no information being released. New surveillance video shows the suspected male murderer, deputies said.
In the footage, the unidentified man was standing outside a car before Henry's killing. He appeared to be alone and smoked a cigarette.
Detectives believe the shooting was targeted, and the man was waiting for Henry to come out.
